I love using a good at-home microdermabrasion and facial peel at least once a month, just to give my skin a whole new look of radiance with a glow. I always feel so refreshed after and my skin is brightened and renewed! At lot of the time after using these type of products my skin becomes dried out and I have to use super hydration products just to get the balance up to normal, which can take a few days. Having short hair now it makes my face the focus and center of attention whereas before it was my very long hair...so having my skin at it's best is important for my confidence in day to day situations.

When the Hydropeptide Peel 1 & 2: Polish & Plump Peel came into the office I knew I had to try it, I would just make sure it was over a weekend and I had plenty of hydration products by my side just in case.

The first step is to take the Hydropeptide Step 1 Polishing Crystals in the jar and apply to damp, clean skin massageing it in with circular motions for 1 to 3 minutes. The polish has a nice, clean citrus scent to it that was amazing! The polish was also very creamy and moistuizing as the small "scrubber" worked their magic and gently polsihed my face removing dead skin cells. The next step was to apply a thin layer of the Hydropeptide Peel 2 Plumping Activator serum directly onto the polishing crystals that were massaged all over the face.  A nice warm foam started to develop, almost like a meringue from a lemon pie! It was a nice soothing process to add as I massaged that around my face where the polishing crystals were. After a few minutes I rised it off with warm water and saw a fresh complexion looking back at me in the mirror :)

The best part about this duo? No intense moisturizing for days to retain my skins hydration balance! My face was in no way dried out, but perfectly normal! This amazed me and left me with great looking skin, how can you go wrong with that?!

If you are skeptical about at-home facial kits, microdermabrasion or facial peels I highly recommend you start with these products!
