High Low - Palladio Felt-Tip Eyeliner Pen
Liquid eyeliner! I am a frequent user of liquid eyeliner. I love the cat eye or classic Hollywood look, and I've found that the easiest way for me to achieve those styles is by using a liquid eyeliner pen. I think it's a personal preference as to whether you want to use a pen or a brush. I've found that I have more control with a pen and it is easier to create a thinner line if so desired.
Palladio's Felt-tip Eyeliner Pen is perfect for creating fine, delicate lines on the upper lash line. The felt tip is flexible but still sturdy -- I find that too flexible of a felt tip can sometimes be more difficult to control. The Palladio felt-tip is very thin, so you can apply very precise lines, and build on top of that if you are going for a thicker line. Once I had the style I wanted, it stayed as is for the whole day. The eyeliner is not waterproof, but it did not smudge or fade while I was wearing it. It also did not flake, a problem I have encountered with other liners. Overall, it has the staying power I like in eyeliner, and I especially the texture - it does not dry thick or smudge/flake off.

Even if you don't use liquid eyeliner, I think these liquid felt-tip pens are great introductions since they are pretty easy to use. Hopefully with a liquid eyeliner pen you can try out some new, awesome eyeliner styles to intensify your look!
